It's APA, so it was small, clean, and the staff is always helpful. Nothing extraordinary, but reliability good, especially for solo traveling. I believe there were 3 standard Japanese laundry machines with the built in dry function that doesn’t work too well on thicker cotton like pants. A couple of the nights, my room got the faint smell of cigarettes, but the entire hotel is non-smoking, so it isn't the hotel's fault someone broke the rules.

Loved this hotel - room was a good size, shower was great. Air-con & WiFi both good too. Breakfast was lovely - plenty of choice and friendly welcoming staff.

This is a fantastically located 55 room property in Nagasaki! Located 5-10 minutes walk from the Atomic Bomb museum, peace park and the hypocenter. If you’re going further it’s a 3 minute walk to the “Atomic Bomb museum” tram stop and trams are a great way to see things in Nagasaki. The tram gets you close the Fuchi shrine ropeway station (10 min walk), Dejima (cross the street and Glover gardens. As much as I loved this property and its location what made it “top notch” for me was the staff. They were superb to say the least. The night desk staff, one of whom was just a few days into his career, really excelled at their jobs. I fell for Nagasaki and will return with friends next year. I’ll be staying here again!

Great hotel within 5-10minutes walk from the main JR station. Comfortable rooms and great to have onsen on the top floor. Free noodles and ice cream a bonus. Staff were very friendly.
